ASK ME Pro Install Instructions!


1. Log into your websites cpanel and click on "MySQL Databases".

2. Create a new database and call it something like 'surveys'.

3. Create a new user and add that user to the database.

  • 4. Upload everything inside the 'script' folder to your domain, ie.
  • www.yourdomain.com/survey.php
  • www.yourdomain.com/survey_results.php
  • www.yourdomain.com/survey_results_test.php
  • www.yourdomain.com/surveys.php
  • www.yourdomain.com/survey/

    • 5. Navigate to;
  • www.yourdomain.com/survey/install/
  • and follow the onscreen instructions, they will instruct you what files and folders to CHMOD etc.
